01 Definitions and Scope of These Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the use of the BD11 website at bd11.pw ("Platform") and all services provided by BD11 to its members.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most payment methods.

• Deposit funds must be your own and legally obtained.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• The bank account registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as your BD11 account.
• Withdrawals for regular members are processed within 15–30 minutes during office hours.
• VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing, under 5 minutes.
• BD11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving large withdrawals.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• All bonuses have rollover requirements (wagering conditions) that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• BD11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected.

• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, bd11 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending an internal investigation. Members whose accounts are closed without a violation may request a balance withdrawal through our customer support.

08 BD11 Liability Limits

BD11 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times. However, certain limitations apply to our liability:

• BD11 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bd11 is licensed and operates. Should any dispute arise between a member and bd11, the following procedure will apply:

• Disputes should first be resolved through direct negotiation with the bd11 customer support team.
• If negotiation is unsuccessful within 14 days, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
• BD11 will comply with decisions made by the relevant regulatory authorities on all matters relating to wagering and consumer protection.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
